I'M A PEOPLE-MOTIVATED UX DESIGNER WITH A BACKGROUND IN EDUCATION AND MARKETING. Although I have a diverse background, my career has always focused on advocating for others in order to design intuitive solutions and experiences. I am passionate about observing how human behavior and visual design affect the way people learn and interact with the world. 

When I'm not designing: 

I'm a mom. Outside of work, my world revolves around my family and our three mini dachshunds. I haven't been able to peacefully eat a banana since they came into my life, but I wouldn't have it any other way.  

I'm a nerd. I'm an avid reader, and just recently got into contemporary literature- I'm a sucker for psychological thrillers and Dr. Seuss.

I'm an explorer. When I'm not sitting in front of my laptop, you'll find me out hiking trails and trying to make friends with wildlife. I very much enjoy traveling and immersing myself in new cultures. swoon.

I'm an Iron Chef. (Nope, that was just a dream) However, when I'm stuck on a problem and need to ideate, I always pre-heat the oven! I take pleasure in challenging my skills, baking for others, and even sold my cakes & cupcakes at the Louisville Farmers Market.

When I was in fifth grade, I bought an English-French dictionary and began to teach myself the language. As such, I pride myself in taking the initiative to constantly learn new things, and intend to continue doing so throughout my career.
